We got to enjoy the first tender spring thermals at Woodside yesterday! The first flight was just a sled ride but when we went up to retrieve the vehicles eagles were out and things looked a lot more promising. So we left the retrieval business for later and flew again. Got to play with wisps of clouds above launch for almost an hour. A juvenile eagle came in close to check us out. Great conditions for January!
