If you fly with a radio, use the amateur radio frequencies (and 146.415 MHz falls within this), and are looking to "become legal", the Surrey Amateur Radio Club is offering an online basic radio course, starting March 29, 2021. Normally these courses are in-person, but due to Covid-19, you can now take the course from the comfort of your own home, and only have to go in-person for the actual exam.
Completing this course will get you a "VA7..." call sign.
